Captain Tom’s daughter and son-in-law β€˜repeatedly benefited’ from his charity Captain Tom Moore’s daughter and son-in-law had a β€œpattern of behaviour, which saw them β€œrepeatedly benefitting personally” from their involvement in the running of the charity set up his name.
