Tonight was my first time teaching a class in person and everyone had a lot of fun! I’m excited to do this again soon!

I submitted this painting to a charity auction last month and I just found out it sold! I’m beyond excited and honored that someone decided to bring this painting home with them.
An abstract three-dimensional painting made with acrylic and paper on canvas. Two large forms in reddish-brown and sap green compete and collide across the composition. The green form dominates the top of the picture while the brown form weaves underneath it from the bottom, emerging in places in the top left and top right. A smaller reddish violet form wriggles between the intersection of the larger two. All the forms are covered in repeated white lines giving a sense of movement. The background is a lighter teal blue.
