Repubs say Dem's not cooperating, but House Ranking Dem Rosa Delauro put forth legislation to fund DHS except for ICE & CBP while working out details re observing the 4th & 6th Amendments by those agencies. Repubs refused because they think judicial warrants are an imposition.
TSA would be getting paid & airports would be back to normal, if Mike Johnson would allow this funding bill to go to the floor.
Only DHS’s ICE & CBP would not be funded because Dems are fighting to protect our Constitutional rights that ICE & CPB ignore or trample. Dems are upholding their oaths.
