So I don't post much here. So here's a life update. Something good.
For example: in late February I weighed 310lbs during a Dr's appointment.
Today I'm currently around 270. Give or take fluctuations of the day.
Yup, I remember seeing that for the first time learning Japanese on Duolingo like a year and a half ago.
Very confused, had several questions.
Supposedly it being framed like that helps with learning and retention.

Kinda convinced the "see less of this" does the opposite on the discovery feed.
Fortunately I just found out you can delete that feed entirely. So it all works out in the end.
