The kicker is it's available now and my lease doesn't expire until 6/1, so I would be paying rent at two places for a little while.

My Joo Dee deck has been such a success that I decided to splurge and pick up the matching Swamps from the 'Avatar' set.

Also, the degree to which AI has infiltrated the property or real estate scene is ASTOUNDING.

I've received AI e-mails, texts. At one building, I showed up early for the tour and called to see if we could do it sooner and had to 'speak with' a 'virtual assistant.'

It was eerie.

I'm going through this myself and it's incredibly silly.

I just finished my annual eye exam.

According to my eye doctor, I'm reaching that 'magical' age where bifocals become a real possibility. 🙃

The number of reminders that eye doctors, dentists, etc. send you is out of control.

We're currently at FIVE for my eye appointment today.
