First episode of #SevenDials : Well, not very sophisticatedly produced. Certainly the score sounds cheap. I’m not super hyped but I love Agatha Christie, so I’ll keep at it.
Listening intently to Jerry Goldsmith’s BoysFromBrazil score. Very interesting and colorful music, quite unique. One complaint though: due to distortion the deluxe edition cd1 sounds worse than the probably remastered cd2 original album. #soundtrack #filmmusic

Watching #flightplan after 25 years. It’s remarkable how James Horner shifts the tone of the score right after Jodie Foster discovers the heart on the window pane. It’s remarkable storytelling.
Just watched #KingsLand with score by Dan Romer. Very good movie except for the really sad and melancholic music. what is it with composers and filmmakers nowadays? Is this a race for who makes the most depressing movie?

Just watched #indianajonesandthedialofdestiny What a waste of time. I mean, this was as entertaining as any other relic hunter episode, but do I expect more from an Indy Jones film? Yes. Cut the terrible woman from the film, shorten it by 20 min and give the boy some backstory. Then we’ll talk.
