That early Foals stuff was great fun, wasn't it? youtu.be/c1XCjp5Q_Bw?...
Have to say I'm really losing respect for bands that are still on Twitter at this point, like wtf
I am sitting in a room different from the one you are in now.
I know Born To Be Wild is a proper cornball song, but "fire all of your guns at once and explode into space" is a hell of a badass line to put in your song, fair play.
Went for a walk around Dumfries. It's really nice!
Mysterious landmark on Google maps in the Scottish town of Annan, marked 'bart Simpson mural' with a 5 star rating
An absolutely shite bit of graffiti of Bart Simpson's face, hastily tagged to the side of a leisure centre in Annan, Scotland
You absolutely cannot put mysterious stuff like this on Google maps and not expect me to go investigate. Absolutely amazing bit of piss taking, very worth the drive lol
Imagine!
Cypress Hill, I'm looking in your direction. 17:13 S07E24 Homerpalooza (3F21) 19 May 1996
Haha that's incredible. Love shit like this!

Nothing new from me for Bandcamp Friday, but as always, if you want to have a squizz at 20 years of the band's output, it's all on there: worriedaboutsatan.bandcamp.com
If it ain't broke! I'm the same - just very comfortable using what I use, and have no desire to upgrade and get all the fancy toys. Just can't be arsed in truth haha
No not really! I keep it off the internet (not that any browser would work on it now anyway) and use it fairly sparingly but that's about it!
Yes I do still use Ableton 7 on a laptop from 2008, and I'm very happy doing that. More about it, and other stuff, in this Music Tech interview from a few years back: musictech.com/features/int...
If you're ever at a loss to remember what the mid 00s looked like, I doubt you'd find a more 2007 looking video than TTC's 'Telephone': youtu.be/JVUQ06LG5e0?...
Are you thinking βIβm going to create an online publication with my friendsβ?
Why not start a zine, a homemade magazine made out of paper, instead?
hahaha!

Hockey, the cricket of the USA!
Ah ok, this is really cool thank you - I guess it's a little bit like me enjoying other football leagues in Europe but not following them with the intensity of my own team. Very interesting!
Yeah, as much as I love Unai, I really think we need an intervention to keep him away from transfers or something haha
Ah I never even thought about the seasonality of it! Interesting to know though, thanks!
The great thing about Aston Villa is that every transfer window, it's a masterclass in how to waste money. Like only having a tenner for the weekly shop but instead of buying essentials, you pick up some flip flops, a jar of vinegar, a copy of Hello magazine and some recently expired fish.
To have all this bluster about how the team need the crowd, etc and then getting easily pumped by a pretty fragile Chelsea team at home, it's just absolutely maddening, disappointing, baffling. Bring on the end of the season, can't come soon enough.
Question for the Americans - you guys have way more popular team sports than we do, so what's the deal, do you follow all of them? Or is it more like you're a hockey person rather than a football one?

They've undoubtedly spent months and months perfecting this show, and most probably spent a huge amount of money on it too, so to sack off the last bit of the journey, aka 'actually getting people to come to this event and claw your money back' and make do with any old shite is baffling.
