I agree! I think the old armory promos were absolutely awful. But when you compare to other card games I feel like gem packs are still super behind. I just got into altered tcg and every week I'm so excited to open their tournament packs. I don't open my gem packs - I'd rather just sell them

i wish lss was a little less touchy about reprinting cards

im a little low on them sadly
pros:
- some decent hits
- the current bubble means they pay back your entry
cons:
- more than half the cards are chaff garbage
- almost irrelevant if you aren't playing a hunted hero
- really could do with some reprints for broader appeal / access (e.g. rabble)
