Decided to join a game jam this weekend. The prompt was Horse and the limitation was one handed controls. So you will be a horse and shots at enemys and gains upgrades. That's the idea right now lol #gamedev #gamejam #indiegame #horse

Added back in status effect so the player can get poisoned . Only effect right now lol and yes I know it's new very readable to a player but the basic structure is there trying to flesh out the battle system more #gamedev #indiedev #lowpoly #pixelart

Another thought I had, I know I will being working on the main game forever and what if I map the world out and build the game out by chapters like a book and release it that way. Each chapter introduces new mechanics #gamedev #indiedev #worldbuilding

Godot open source code getting AI code push in it by people and the maintainers having a hard time keeping up with it. Unity having an AI code generator for beginners to start making games. Both have there problems. At the end of the it’s how you use the tools given to you

I plan on starting a project in godot to learn the in’s and out of it. But for now my main project will stay in unity and if things do get worse I’ll properly port it all over. Plus both are being infested with AI right now.
