Using PHILO ChIP-seq, we mapped JA-responsive histone acetylation patterns at MYC2 target genes in Arabidopsisโpatterns conserved in tomato! ๐ Shedding light on the intricate interplay between MYC2/3/4 TFs and various chromatin regulators.
A highly useful method for large-scale experiments: 100+ samples can be processed in parallel with minimal starting material, at significantly reduced cost. Plus, it works seamlessly across diverse plant species!
