I don't think people are upset with this decision because they think non-SAG actors aren't as good.
The thing about offering those protections in a non-union contract is that if they breach the contract, it's now just a single individual versus a giant international company. A lot of times, the winner in a lawsuit is the side with the most money.

Those aren't Game Boy "versions" of the first five Mega Man games. They're completely different games. In Japan, they're known as the Rockman World series. 4 and 5 are genuinely better than most of the NES games.
