Join us at The James Joyce Center on Bloomsday, Monday June 16th at 2pm for some ‘midday mumming madness’ as the extraordinary talent of the Fingal Mummers will explore mummery in Ulysses and other works of James Joyce in their production of Everyman His Own Wife.

Author and illustrator Úna Woods read from her new children’s book A Blooming Great Day (The O’Brien Press) and led a drawing workshop yesterday at The James Joyce Centre.

Kevin Curran will be one of the readers at Bloomsday Festival’s flagship event “Readings and Songs” at Meeting House Square in Temple Bar, free, 3pm – 6pm on 16 June 2025.

It’s time to don that boater hat and join us for an afternoon of readings and songs from Ulysses. Bloomsday Festival presents its beloved flagship event, “Readings and Songs,” live at Meeting House Square, Temple Bar, from 3pm to 6pm on Monday, 16 June 2025.

Join us on Bloomsday, June 16th at 10am-12pm for a special performance of song and dance throughout the gorgeous Georgian rooms and staircases of The James Joyce Centre.

The event is free. No booking required.
