was curious about a potato miso soup i saw online so made my own version with kale, shallot, poached egg, & impromptu veggie chicken/cauliflower/sesame meatballs. fantastic comfort food tbh. bizarrely, reminded me of my grandma's liver dumpling soup (also a great comfort food when i still ate meat)
