Today Peter Straub would have celebrated his 83rd birthday. I’m so happy that @stephenking.bsky.social finished (with the help of Straub’s ideas) their Talisman trilogy. I had the honor to email a bit with Peter and I got to meet him back in New York in 2017. He was always so friendly!

@stephenking.bsky.social s GOLDEN YEARS aired on CBS in 1991. The plan was to do a 2nd season & it ended with a ”To be continued…” Unfortunately the show was canceled and when it was release on home media the last 11 minutes was very different. The original ending is very hard to find today
