I’m actually really tired of everyone’s obsession with the Epstein files.

We know Trump is listed in them, we don’t need them to be released to know that.

But what’s really bothering me is that everyone thinks this is going to be his downfall. It’s not.

The impeachable offenses are countless.

The crazy thing is that our government only represents those who DO NOT pay taxes (billionaires, mega corps, etc.)

Hot take: Not only are work requirements for Medicaid bad, tying health care to work at all is cruel and we should be doing it less not more.

Everyone deserves health care. Everyone.

And then voted to gut FEMA?

So he did the bare minimum a federal elected official should do?

He is not the “head of the government”.

He’s the head of a fascist regime hellbent on taking down our government, and the American people along with it.

He doesn’t care if we remain number one in anything other than wealth disparity.

Honestly though, fuck Melinda Gates. She and her husband, along with every other American billionaire, are complicit in practically every problem the world is facing today.

Rather than just racism, I’d say bigotry overall is our second sin.

I believe we’ll have much more progressive candidates in this race, and I hope with every fiber of my being, that one of them wins. We need a true progressive leader with a backbone to lead the most powerful state in the union—hopefully to lead it OUT of this union.

I begrudgingly voted for her for President, because she was the best option with the highest likelihood of beating Trump.

But her track record in the progressive landscape is atrocious, she facilitated a genocide in Gaza, and therefore she won’t be getting my vote for governor of CA.

What is a nation supposed to do when its leader is publicly committing impeachable offenses on a daily basis and the impeachment process is utterly broken due to slightly more than half of the nation's Congress being members of a cult dedicated to destroying rule of law

This should apply to members of Congress as well.

I think we should have work requirements for the presidency. Limits on golf trips, a mandatory amount of hours worked per week, and clearly defined metrics for their success. If they fail to meet these requirements, they lose their job and the benefits that come with it.

They choose to be cops because it allows them to violently subjugate other people, and you can’t convince me otherwise because if it weren’t the case, our system of policing would be much less hostile to the people it’s supposedly meant to protect. 2/2

If most were decent people, there would be so much internal pushback on the atrocities committed by the police, that the system would change on its own.

So many videos are circulating of ICE agents acting with cruelty and aggression. Behavior that eerily mirrors the “domestic terrorism” they claim to oppose. No one is forcing them to act this way; it’s a choice.
