Long been time to follow the lead & example of Christians who did not bow to empire, even functioning (thriving!) underground. They know the State can use religion yet still not know Jesus

I tried a few years ago but didn’t find it helpful—perhaps because of my age. It didn’t seem intuitive to me.

Read as a child and it stayed with me. Loved this book

Tony Campolo influenced many of us to live a Jesus way rather than some nationalistic civil religion. He was prophetic. RIP
