There is a maximum signal range for the bot and if it is discovered and damaged by an enemy it must be recovered before it can be used again, but otherwise, no restrictions! You can even deploy it at a distance.

One of the tools in Spectral is a stealth bot designed to scale walls, get into small spaces, pick locks, and hack terminals.
The Shock Rifle can do more than stun enemies. If you need more darkness, make it without leaving a trace.
Definitely!
This is done in Unity with HDRP, for modeling I've been using Blender, but the model comes from the Unity store. The player character will change a bit in the future for sure.
I'm about 2 Months into development on this currently, primarily focusing on getting all (or most) features functional before designing any levels.
It takes place in the near future. Between 10 to 20 years from now.
Thanks! Yes, I'll have another post shortly which shows how it works in action, but for a text description: Photo-Voltaic Active Camouflage is powered by light and allows the user to hide when darkness is not an option. It can charge slowly by itself but standing in the light charges it faster!
The Shadows aren't your only domain, but take heed, your camouflage will not last forever.
Showing off the Fiber Camera and EMF Visor, Added the Lockpicking Mechanic, and adjusted aiming to be much more stable!
Been working on a game that hopefully captures the feel of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Thoughts?
