Very happy to share our research today at the '25 Gordon Research Seminar on Platelets and Megacaryoctes in Ventura!
Since the new year, I've protected some time to get back in the lab and do science. With all the noise and confusion out there it's a wonderful experience to get focused and make some impactful discoveries again. A great reminder of why we do this.
Excited to share our work - online today as a preprint. Here, we characterize precocious aging in HSCs of mice and people with sickle cell disease. Excitingly, we demonstrate the potential of senolytics to restore HSC function to the bone marrow of mice with SCD.
