Yeap, I'm building a CF card reader in 2026.
But it is because I wanna use microdrives without caps : D
PSP 4GB HDD teardown - Basically a FPGA converting MS pro to CF card interface to 4GB micro hard drive

it works!
I think this is still useful as a TrueNas setup
that CSI-2 filter is really pain in the ass to place on the board and soldering.
I've gone a bit off the deep end and added more columns and functionality.
Anyway, here's 49 Pico form-factor compatible boards compared in a table. PRs welcome.

Adding cap always solves the issue
Battery voltage > 1.0V and step up converter starts to run, and battery drops to 0.5v and shut it down
you can see it enters PWM state when it is sending RF packages
Kinda fun debugging this to be honest
Basically PFM noise coupling to the enable pin driving circuit.
neet
Also this is probably too expensive imao
I thought I was sneaky by just update the repo....
Reality is that I just have a few sensors around and want to send it to those who asked me on the github and make it publically on Tindle so the transaction can be safe and easier to handle.
Love the esthetics for these two CMOS sensor
IMX283 Mono first try on H-alpha Solar imaging!
It is not much but it is honest work
Try to remove the Bayer layer while the camera is still on to see what actually happens:
My conclusion is that to remove the microlens you to remove them and DMSO doesn't help, but the to remove Bayer filter you need DMSO + mechanically scratch it

First time seeing a UWB module with more than one antenna, kinda neet.
It is using chip called GT1500
lol
Every time I went back to Taiwan I always revisit the electronics store in Guanghua Market.
Yeap, still looks the same for like +10 years.
Will see how it goes
What a mess
A couple of simple + easy board to end this year.
Geeeeeee
Adding some retimer to the board just in case.
Also something I just realized, typically I2C don't have much distance but HDMI ran the I2C signals through the cables directly?
How the fuck am I able to squeeze these in
4-lane MIPI through HDMI works!
Though you do need the HDMI cable that can do ethernet-over-hdmi so you have the 5th differential pair
