Just an absolute classic in the Ridge Racer series. Can't call it innovative in this day and age but it knows what it wants to be and it nails it.
if u have over a billion dollars it should be mandatory for u to have a therapist who u see at least weekly
I have two thoughts on this!
1. Modernising an old concept for new audiences can count as innovation! I'd argue Streets of Rage 4 is somewhat innovative.
2. A game can still be good without being very innovative! Most major sequels fall into this category.

If you've played Little Nightmares 1 & 2, and Limbo and Inside, you're just getting more of the same here. The co-op is nice but doesn't really add much, it'd be just as fun with an AI companion. Fun game but nothing groundbreaking.

Truly a masterpiece, I can't believe it took me this long to play this game. A metroidvania and a deep puzzle game where everything means something.

Cute and funny choose-your-own adventure type game with some fun twists to the way it works. How you act as one character can change the story when you play as another.

Genuinely brilliant at times, but goes on too long and gets more formulaic over time. Long periods of dull fetch quests even if you ignore the even duller sidequests. Combat is good, but you gotta get through a bunch of cutscenes to get to it.

Truly unique experience that captures britishness like no other game
Reviewing every game I play* in 2026 according to how innovative it is + game quality
* must play a decent enough amount to give the game a fair judgement
idk what to tell you I just kept stabbing and it just kept working
