Haha! In Beast Mode, the Scorpion & Snake heads seem to think independently of each other. Quickstrike’s personality comes through the scorpion head.
In robot mode, the snake head just becomes a hand.
The snake seems to have basic intelligence in Beast Mode; behaving just like an ordinary snake.
He’ll change that diaper. Whatever it takes.
