Just had my stress echocardiogramme
I made it into stage 5! 2-3 minutes longer than 2 years ago!
I still maintain that the hardest part of the stress echo is holding your breath immediately after getting your heart rate to maximal levels

As much as I miss him, as much as I miss the mundane things like talking with him about the price of gas or toilet paper, what I regret most is that he didn’t get to see how wonderfully his grandchildren have grown up…

I think this was a mistake for the Jays. They have, in my opinion, never given him an opportunity to reach his potential.
He will likely get more playing time in his new home and I suspect Jays will be kicking themselves like they did with Moreno and Gurriel Jr.
