Fantastic time at the 18th World Congress of the International Cartilage Regeneration & Joint Preservation Society in Boston. Presented our work on IDO-1 and #Kynurenines in #osteoarthritis, and a project focused on improved healing in #ACL reconstruction. As always - huge thanks to the team!

We demonstrated that CCL5-loaded hydrogels efficiently recruited AMD3100-mobilized MSCs to target, degenerative lumbar discs in rats. Additionally, we showed beneficial effects (individual and combined) of systemic AMD3100 and local CCL5 delivery on microCT and histology of degenerative discs.
