i don't mean to brag but i've almost hit 16.5k hours in my phone's stopwatch

fact: mimics legally cannot eat you if you tell them no. BHVR has coded them to be very respectful

it's more of the fact that the average players on a soloq team lack the game sense they'd need to stand a chance without communication

assuming the killer has even a slightly strong build or is using half their brain, there's a good chance the average solo teammates will either die or go next

A lot of it has to do with just how insanely much there is to learn with DBD compared to other games and it being such a unique type of game. Although chases are def the main "skill" factor of the game there's a LOT players have to learn in order to even begin learning how to properly chase

I really do like that now you can get beamer saves in 2v8 but oh my god the pickup animation + basekit unbreakable makes killer feel so much worse in terms of applying pressure or gaining momentum, but I also have no clue how BHVR would even fix that besides like, maybe making fire up basekit?

bad news dude, they're on the Fighter Select screen selecting and deselecting you over and over to make fun of your voice line. they're saying the little pose you do when selected is wack. they're rotating you

Weirdly I feel like making them a perk would make them less likely to return next Halloween and leave them in a state where you'd see it *far* less due to people not wanting to take up a whole perk slot

We haven't seen a genuinely new item in aaages though, making them an event item would be sweet
