I want to write a book…about my life. Does anyone have anything tips on getting started

5. I will not work for free and I don’t need “exposure.”
6. If people ask me to work for free, cut them off.
7. I don’t have to subscribe to grind culture.
8. I don’t have to apologize for being sick.
9. Humanity is not humane.
10. Saying no is easy once you practice a little.

At the end of each year I spend time reflecting on lessons learned. I am still reflecting but here are a few key points.
1. Love is answer to everything.
2. I have a divine right to rest and heal.
3. Prioritize time with the people you love.
4. I don’t owe my time, labor or presence to anyone.

I’m learning to love them all but lawd evolving into the next version can be hard 🫠
