This seems like an important study and finding. The algorithm effects how much hatred or warmth we have towards the "other side". Interesting they used a browser extension to modify the rankings shown to subjects, to be more or less hateful. I hope they open source that.

Since we can’t afford Medicaid for millions of Americans, I think it’s time we called for a halt to human space flight. It’s enormously expensive, and we are never going to live on the moon or mars. Human space flight is government waste and it should be cut.
