Generally every person who describes a method for cooking estrogen online is cheering for their own way of doing things and quite often they also go out of their way to shit on other people's methods. This is good harm reduction because it gives people the information to choose properly
I'm familiar with the places that instructions are available online and I've known people who have used a variety of methods. I've also seen this WIP guide, and it's bringing together several methods to allow people to make informed choices between different methods to reduce risk and cost
Some time later this year (soon hopefully) I will have access to a guide for the various ways that people can make injectable estrogen at home and I'm planning to make a video about it as an example of good harm reduction

This is the post I originally saw the $400B claim from. It's a twitter account called "JinWoo Jim IQ 289" that consistently posts maximally alarmist misinfo based off popular narratives in a style designed to get as much attention as possible
People shared the image that PressTV put out on their telegram, and it seems like not that big a deal as the AN/FPS132 was likely hit and severely damaged, but the speculation that was given credibility by the image has taken on a life of its own
