Just re Campbell v Clinton: (1) by the time that made it to SCOTUS it had mootness, PQ, and standing issues; (2) first is not yet an issue, and second now has Zivotofsky; (3) standing remains big issue, but DC Circuit thinks may be diff't if House as a whole sues.
It's not enough to prevent hormonal transition, they want to enforce gender stereotypes now, claiming they are divinely ordained despite the fact that the bulk of them come from an idealized version of the 1950s and are ridiculously ahistorical even within the limited western context.
