The hotel I stayed in this week had cool wallpaper and good lighting.

Something I realised about 12 years ago and I’ve never looked back. All I need now is opportunity.

Back from the hotel sauna. No one around again so stripped down after my workout to enjoy it in the most comfortable and relaxing way possible.

Why are there no nudist/clothing optional resorts that are dog friendly and have accommodation you can book rather than just pitches for tents/caravans/campers? The UK is massively crap for this.

Me, naked in the sauna.

Not often in the UK do you get to enjoy the sauna as it should be enjoyed. As the hotel gym was empty I seized the opportunity.

I’ve seen guys post online saying they do it because they think saunas are unhygienic. They are the ones making it unhygienic. What’s cleaner than a freshly washed naked body?

Not all of Europe. Here in the UK it’s not the norm. I’ve been naked in saunas in Germany, Belgium, Spain and Slovenia as well as outside of Europe in China but some cultures just can’t separate nudity from sex. I feel sick seeing guys in dirty workout gear including footwear sat in the sauna. 🤢

Fed up of the cold, dark winter here. Thinking back to the time I was able to sunbathe like this in the garden when the neighbours on both sides were away. Unlikely to happen again for a long time.

Another day out celebrating the fact it stopped raining for a couple of hours! Today was our last day of the holiday so I’ll have to find somewhere else for nearly naked hikes!
