With the firing of Colbert, and billionaires buying up the rest of your media, PBS is one of the last truly independent journalism orgs out there that has a very large publicly funded network. Thus, of course the fascists want to kill the public funding and infrastructure. Fight it!

We really want to emphasize this. For all of the talk about the entertainment programming they do that is threatened, that isn't why fascists are coming for PBS. PBS's journalism is 2nd to none for the USA when it comes to sh*tty or illegal government behavior. That's why the right needs to kill it.

Couldn't agree more. The reason Trump and the right wing are so opposed to PBS is, when they are on point, they are a great non-partisan watchdog on government crimes and overreach. That's the "liberal" conspiracy: outting their crimes for you to learn about them in close to real time.
