Neep the hobgoblin and Wil d'Vadalis the human stand back to back. Neep wears his traveling clothes and byeshk pendant. Wil has a bandage over his eye, wears a heavy jacket with scarf and has the Dragonmark of Handling glowing upon his cheek. Easter egg: Wil hopes to find a way to domesticate bulettes to use in underground transportation to give his house an edge over House Orien. Once domesticated, Wil hopes to magebreed a line of bulettes with a more prominent fin for a rider to rest behind while it burrows, pulling cargo or passengers in a protected cart in its wake.
Neep saved Wil d'Vadalis from a lounge of basilisks in Droaam. Wil was there studying bulettes for eventual domestication and transportation. The encounter led to a lifelong friendship and a shared love of animals. (Alt π₯ info)

An original seascape oil painting in progress on an easel in Tisha Markβs studio. An atmospheric, stormy seascape, with dramatic cloud formations over a wintry sea. Painted in a limited palette of blues and whites. A palette knife and two paint brushes are on the shelf below the painting.
A second 12"x12" on my easel today, same palette as yesterday.
