Uncontrolled brain swelling tends to lead to brain herniation. This is something I did not know until last week and my adult child ultimately died from that. It may be painless at that point, but the concept of the brain swelling and forcing its way out of the skull is gruesome.
Then maybe read the law. Narcotics like morphine, hydrocodone, etc. cannot be mailed. Nor can amphetamines and their variants. There are entire schedules of drugs that are not permitted for mail delivery and require presentation of ID at the pharmacy for pickup.
Are those meds narcotics?

Just about four months ago my youngest child had open heart surgery that was fortunately very successful. Tonight we will end a day and a half of waiting for a declaration of brain death for my oldest child. Medical staff have been amazing, but some things can't be fixed.
It seems to me that all December degree awards from Mason, VMI, and maybe UVa, are invalid if the Boards each do not have a quorum or meet the requirements of law. Only the Boards have authority to award degrees, and the final v authority over each is the VA General Assembly, by statute.
Current Governor already set the v precedent causing the vccs Chancellor hire to back out at the beginning of his administration.

So, in the 4th circuit 2001 ruling on the VMI prayer case, the court found that prayer could not be mandated by a VA public institution because state law says "The board shall at all times be under the control of the General Assembly." So, it might be considered consistent in Va.
Another question for public institutions how long are they required to keep such information under state records law?
Well, after this year's person level applicant collection, Virginia Institutions will be better prepared.
Of course, since applicants have no Ferpa rights, why aren't they doing this at the person level?
