Keyboard legend LEE MICHAELS (11/24/45) started with surf group The Sentinals, along w/ Johny Barbata (later w/ Turtles, Jefferson Airplane & Starship). In 1967, Michaels cut his debut album, Carnival of Life. His top single: "Do You Know What I Mean" (1967). He also did session work for Hendrix.
