One of the participants shares thoughts on AI during a focus group discussion.
I was recently in Kerry for the Age-Friendly AI's first Citizens' Think-In event! It was incredibly enriching to discuss everyday AI topics with participants. Looking forward to the next events!
I recently took a nighttime trip and had to wait for a connecting train for an hour. It wasn't too bad, though. It was dark and quiet; there was peace in that stillness. I wrote a cinquain, a poetic form created by Adelaide Crapsey, about it.

I made a short game poem about taking a bus in Dublin. I went local with its title, '83 to Kimmage'! ๐ โ๏ธ

Happy to have joined Age-Friendly AI today in Cork for the 50 Plus Show!
It was so enlightening to talk to older adults about their thoughts and experiences with Artifical Intelligence.
As someone who loves gamification, productivity apps, and monster collecting, it was an honour to talk to Milton Ren, the creator of Focumon!
Focumon is a gamified tool where you collect, train and evolve creatures as you focus on your tasks. ๐พ

Okay, I created another tiny thing...
'Tangent Book Club' is a short experience that tells the story of a group of friends who get together to discuss books, but their conversations always end up falling into tangents. ๐

We recently launched 'Greenia', a tabletop RPG where magic is connected to nature. After getting some amazing feedback, we decided to create some extra content, including unique scenarios, spells and NPCs! ๐ฒ ๐ณ

Games can educate, challenge, and open conversations โ even around topics we often avoid.

It was super fun to work on this game with some friends! While not 100% intended to be a serious game, it ended up having quite strong sustainability education elements! ๐ฒ๐ฟ

Cities need more green & blue spaces for nature (and people) to thrive.
This was a fun little holiday project!

Just published an interview with comfiedev (Samuli Pietikรคinen) on experimental game design, spoken word pacing, and building digital split EPs.
We talked about his recent game releases and what it means to make small, strange games.

But isn't capitalism = free market? ๐ญ
After being introduced to the concept of game poems, I've been neck deep in this small, niche space. I've recently had a conversation with Brendan Allen, writer and game developer, discussing his work and how constrained engines can bring out creativity.

mobOS isnโt just a game โ itโs a full-blown operating system that brings that early 2000s internet back: desktop pets, dodgy downloads, and a programming language you can use to build games inside the game.
