I had a nightmare that the state leg passed a law that made it so any Short Term Rental Appeals Board member could be jailed if it was determined that an appellant lied to us & we believed their lie. @seanforfive.com made it off the board just in time.

In full disclosure, Ms. McCoy and I serve on two boards together, although we don't really know each other at all. Other than board meetings we don’t speak outside of the random times I have run into her.

I’m generally against fruitless resolutions. Less so when there is a broad state law giving control over emergency response to a private company.
I want mnpd & mnfd to respond to fire, health & security threats in that tunnel. It makes me actually irate that anyone wants private control over that.
