The Covid-19 Royal Commission has broadly backed the decisions taken during the pandemic, while identifying areas for improvement.
Also, worth reading the definitional passage from the report on what made up “half” the spending etc — direct costs relating to response vs economic stimulus for recovery etc.
In their own words. A summary of the Phase 2 report of the Royal Commission into Covid-19 (under narrower terms of reference than Phase 1 and only looking at key decisions between Feb 2021 and Oct 2022, not the first year of the pandemic):

For the record, it’s an overall conclusion I reached in my most recent article on Covid-19:

There’s no individualised option in Classic Outlook desktop app — but is in the New Outlook desktop app and Outlook webmail? Bizarre.
Ditto. I am a bit tired of weekend and evening correspondence from colleagues so am trying to be a good citizen with my missives etc.
Yup. I think that’s right. But I also ain’t got time for that. My current workaround is to safe not send the draft and then send via iOS app on my phone… sigh
