Welp, I somehow gained all the weight back I had lost and then some. Sitting at an uncomfortable 187, its now my goal to lose between 20-25 pounds by my birthday next year.
Ive gained a decent amount of weight over the past 18 months and its really starting to affect my mental health. I try to work out 3-5 days a week but it feels like it does very little.
