So a man shouldered through me today. Fortunately I didn’t fall.He was shouting his head off “what’re you going to do about it?” What was to be done? Keep calm. But the thing I’m so grateful for is a woman rolling down car window (all traffic stationary) to ask if I was ok. that Meant the world.

Watched Saving Private Ryan last night. It‘s still devastating although I’d never watched it before- it hit. Real 20th meets 21st century moment too when teens said “oh this meme” in final scenes.
