What a fabulous day it was yesterday at #SocMedHE25! @suebecks.bsky.social and I ran the final workshop session of the day - “Responsible Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Social Media and Online Communication: A Participatory Evaluation”. Great contributions! #SocialMediaforlearning

In two weeks time I'll be heading over to Lancaster for #SocMedHE25 on 16 December! Really looking forward to the conference, it's a highlight of the year!

A4 - I've really got a lot out of the work I have done recently collaborating with @jisc.bsky.social and other partners in their Digital Transformation Framework and Beyond Blended pilot projects. Being able to connect with likeminded colleagues across the sector has been really valuable. #LTHEchat

A3 - digital landscape is complex and fast moving. I want to be thoughtful about access to tools & spaces and recognise that the digital access is not always equitable, what can I do to help smooth that lumpiness? However, I also see how digital environments can help many find their voices #LTHEchat

I think 'digital' can mean a lot of different things to people. For example, people often conflate 'online learning' with digital, and yet it means so much more than that. Hence explaining digital never seems to go away! #LTHEchat

A2 - I've had formal roles in 'digital leadership' but I also recognise that I have informal ones too. From sharing and showing other people practical ways to develop their digital skills to influencing for digital change in all kinds of spaces. #LTHEchat #digitalleadership

A1 - for me there are lots of similarities between 'digital leadership' and other types or contexts of leadership. It's thoughtful, adaptive, and people-focused #LTHEchat #digitalleadership
