Thanks. I’ve tried all the things; herbal teas, melatonin, actual sleeping pills, listening to brown noise. I actually got some sleep last night for some reason, but generally it’s been between 2-4 hours a night.
Happy new year. It it seems like quite a sweet song. Very happy about the album news; just hoping we get all the songs he’s recorded. It is summer here. It’s very hot. I have terrible insomnia. Going to the doctor tomorrow to demand better drugs! Hope all is well with you?

Alicia, this is dreadful. When I was living with two other people and we all suffered from depression and anxiety we had a saying “friends don’t call the crisis team on friends” because we knew that could do more harm than good. I hope you and your family regain your sense of safety in your home 💖
I suspect the technology would be beyond her, but I’m visiting in February so I’ll see how things are then.
The thing is she had a brain bleed a few years ago and she’s in a wheelchair. She’s always complaining that she doesn’t have any good books to read. What I think she will enjoy is that within a few sentences you can convey a whole day, a whole feeling, relationships and lives. Thank you.
