The hard thing about the healing process is when you never feel like you’re done healing. Like you’re never going to reach “healed”.
I’m doing what I can. I’m in therapy. And someday I will be okay.
This is a bit more personal then I usually want to get on here but here we go.
Last year I was in an emotionally abusive relationship. It took me a long time to grapple with the term “abusive” for what happened and I’m honestly just starting to learn how to navigate the trauma.
