Looking over the past month, federally, terribly violent things are happening, but there are states responding & that gives me hope:
New Mexico enshrined universal childcare into law
Washington state senate okay’d a Millionaires Income Tax
CT introduced a bill barring ICE’s from polling places
So many people see the federal government as this unbeatable force when in reality it’s being run by a bunch of cowardly pedophile dorks.
Like I wouldn’t let a cowardly pedophile dork run or even be in my day to day life, why are we letting them run our government.
This puts me at 10 people released. I filed my 1st habeas petition 29 days ago. I am an incredibly small-time, nobody lawyer who knew nothing about immigration law the day I submitted that case. I barely know any more today. I had never sued the federal government and now I've beaten them 10 times.
It is so damning of US news media that so many outlets refuse to just straight up say that Senator Tim Sheehy assaulted an activist.
He did not "help" Capitol police. They did not need his help. He wanted to assault the guy and did. He should resign.

CT introduced a bill barring ICE Agents within 250 ft of polling places.
The next states to propose similar laws should make it 25,000 ft (4.73 miles). Just enough so there not anywhere close to any polling places and in general maybe not in the state at all.
