I had a KLE500 for a bit after I sold my Tiger 1050, it was a cracking lanes and back road bike but awful on the motorway, not enough grunt to keep up with traffic. You're a braver man than I to attempt 10k on one. Personally I would go for a cruiser every time, I just don't get adventure bikes.
Time for Andrew to come clean and name names, sending him to the US would never achieve that, he would just get a pardon or a suicide.

In principle, Iβm not actually automatically opposed to ID cards. However, from how the present UK government is going about this and related matters, itβs a straightforward nope, not on your life.

What about kids in the system? Or kids with crap parents? Do we only care about nice middle class kids?
Because all kids are safe in nice middle class families with parents looking out for them....
That's just not a solution, it simply makes vulnerable kids easier targets
