On January 11, officers heard gunshots in NW. Witnesses reported the shots came from a vehicle that fled. Officers located the car & stopped it. The investigation determined a passenger was responsible for the earlier shooting. A handgun & ammo were recovered, and one arrested.

On 12/19, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had no plates or temporary permit. The driver did not have a license or proof of insurance. Before the vehicle was towed, an unlawfully possessed firearm and drugs were located. The driver and passenger were arrested.

Great work by Traffic officers this morning! Just after midnight, officers on SB I-205 saw an Audi speeding at 125 mph. When they tried to stop it, the driver accelerated to 135 mph.The driver had a 0.13% BAC and had smoked marijuana. He was arrested for Reckless Driving & DUII and booked into jail.
