Our ponds are home to largemouth bass, channel catfish, redear sunfish, warmouth, bluegill, and more. All angling is catch-and-release only, but no license or fee is required. We offer loaner poles, tackle, and bait (hot dogs), or you may bring your own fishing equipment. (3/4)

Spanish moss is all over the UF campus, but it wasn’t until I hung some over the humidifier in my office that I saw one with mature fruits and seeds.

SFFGS Fishing for Success, Project Learning Tree and Geomatics Extension coordinators held an SFFGS Girl Scout Jamboree with activities in GPS & Geocaching, Forestry, and Fishing. Geocaches were located, fish were caught and Scouts took part in forestry lesson activities.
