overall, i'm really enjoying the game so far. i have a couple nitpicks with it but so far it's easily on the same level as prime 1 and 2
-game so far is a mix of prime 2's progression and prime 3's gameplay. if you liked neither this game will not be for you, but if you liked both this game may very well be your favorite in the series
really enjoyed the bosses so far. no complaints on that front

i've put about 3 hours into metroid prime 4 so far and i'd like to share my initial thoughts:
controls are quite different from the previous prime games (missiles on R, scan visor having its own button), and it really threw me off at force. i'm getting used to them slowly

(4/5) -and since this is the only place i'll get to mention it, i'd like to add that renaissance has grown on me exponentially since first listen. (it's sitting at an 8.5 atm) this album really feels like a culmination of that experimentation, and i'm really excited for act 3-
