I CAN’T MAKE THE EVENT ANYMORE; CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, at this late stage, that is no longer possible, all the funds have been used to pay for the event and materials. this is a not-for-profit run event, and we are unable to facilitate refunds once we are within a day of the event.
Guardians with a child will be given their adult wristband and a minor’s colour coded wristband to put on their minor themselves.
DO I NEED VALID PHOTO ID TO GET MY TICKET?
Yes, yes you do, you need a valid form of photo ID to be verified as the owner of the ticket as well as proving your age in order to be given an adult colour coded wrist band.
WHAT TIME DOES REGO DESK OPEN?
9:00am, but the event itself doesn’t open until 10:00am, but you can get your wristband before doors open so you are ready to walk in and start enjoying the festivities the moment the doors open.
But please be aware, if tickets sell out completely, after you joined the waitlist and before you reached the rego desk, you will miss out unfortunately, so simply joining the waitlist does not guarantee you a ticket, so if you are paying cash, arrive early to avoid disappointment
You will register online first, so all your details are entered already, so you are not holding up the line at the rego desk. Then once you are on the waitlist, head to the rego desk and let us know, and we will take your cash payment and approve your ticket.
CAN ONLY PAY CASH?
Good news! Go online now and register onto the waitlist for paying cash at the door!
The website will remain active for ticket sales, only approach the Rego Desk after you have purchased your ticket online first.
Buy it now while you are at home, buy it on your computer right before you leave to drive in, buy it on your phone while you are in the car being driven in, or arrive and get your phone out and buy it while standing in line.

IF WE DO ACTUALLY SELL OUT OF TICKETS, we will put out an announcement, and the website will be updated to let everyone know.
If the website runs out of tickets, that does NOT mean we are completely out yet. JOIN THE WAITLIST, and come on down, we will still have a handful of tickets available and can approve your waitlist into a full ticket and let you in.
