Ich nutze den Google Kalender. Dort habe ich verschiedene Kalender für Arbeitspositionen angelegt und plane darin meinen Tag/meine Woche. To Dos die in unter 15 Min zu erledigen sind, kommen auf einen Zettel auf dem Schreibtisch.
Geht mir auf jeden Fall auch so. Speziell um Texte einzukürzen. Oder ich lasse meine Captions für Instagram umformulieren, um eine "catchy" Idee zu bekommen. Für manche Aufgaben finde ich das Tool absolut top.
