The whole thing was just ridiculous. And no one can convince me that it was an “honest mistake”. Carol was saying through the issue that she had no idea what happened but the Avengers acting like idiots. So so happy to see Carol calling them on their bullshit.
Finally got to the Avengers annual where Rogue first makes her appearance. And while she is yet to become the character that I will love above else, it’s so nice to see her. Above all, I’m happy to see Claremont shove that ridiculous “pregnancy” storyline down Marvel’s (and Shooter’s) throat.
Love his FF run, never went through his Alpha Flight for some reason but this oversight will soon be rectified 😇
I’m not a huge Frank Miller fan, but his DD run was legen -wait for it- dary, LEGENDARY. Plus Elektra is one of the few Greek superheroes so I kinda have to love her.
I have not seen the original but I loved the reboot with Rita Moreno.
Their legacies continue.

Byrne is amazing. I will love him forever for his Man of Steel (and to a lesser extent X-men) but he did an amazing job on Avengers as well.
Apparently the book did not reach mimimum price was not reached so they were selling the book at the price of the last bid. If that bid was legit why did they not give it to that bidder? And the item’s value was listed as 400-500€. How? I have not seen this price anywhere.
This is why I do not trust comic book auctions. Someone was selling Uncanny X-men Omnibus 1. The bidding started and apparently there was a minimum price that needed to be reached. The same person bid twice and at 170€ the price was still not reached. This morning I got an email from the site 1/2
