What about Spanish Spider-Man where Peter marries Gwen?
What about Spanish Spider-Man where Peter marries Gwen?
I am surprised that you decided to go in UnderNight after Street Fighter, but it made sense when you started working on in October to have a spooky video.
But then you got 100K subscribers and it got pushed back by 3-or-4 videos, and you got stuck in the trap youβre stuck in.
Sometimes you are having a good day, and then you get the news that some rich bastard is using their money to make the world a worse place.
Together, we can make Gavin Newsome, the Jed Bush of 2027.
It won't be as critical as one would want (where Manhattan SVU is this noble force, while Bronx SVU is the actual New York police), but it is a very interesting data point.
Aw damn, great video but if you waited another month, you could have included the new episode which deals with family court, child abuse pediatricians, the damage that it does to the people trapped in it.
Called Hubris and it feels like it was directly inspired by your video.
Arkham Knight and Knightfall
I would argue that the Ashley sketch was more Wiig-coded than Kate-coded. And I think Ashley nailed it.
A Skarsgard episode ends 1000 episodes of SNL. And it is one that was pretty representative of S51 as a whole... for good and ill.
If you want to know what the show is right now, this a good episode to watch. Ashley is the highlight, but Jane did creep up to her.
7/10 night
Cards Against Humanity guy is an okay end to the night. Could have used another rewrite, but what we got was effective. #SNL
A Tarzan Break-Up is a solid piece. I thought Sarah was going to be straight women, but her playing Jane as a disaster is good premise. #SNL
Cardi's second performance was fine. Not bad but not for me. #SNL
Little Girl Alexander is not a great sketch, but it as dome great use of Jane. But Sarah did get thrown out of a window 3 times. #SNL
Another recurring bit for the night. Andrew and Ashley's Couple Who Just Hooked Up was my current favorite Update feature of the season.
So, it is nice to see these well-acted characters back at the desk. Solid sexual innuendo about football. #SNL
I am liking that the audience isn't reacting the way the Update crew expect them too. So, I am liking these little ad libs. #SNL
Sarah as a weather reporter is actually a good use for her. The pigeon destruction and the Jost roasts are the best of her on Update in a while. #SNL
Cardi B's song as a sweet Latin beat, and I impressed about how fast she spit out some lyrics. A quick enjoyable number. #SNL
That Viking pretape was sure a long walk to get to a reveal of guys laughing at white with dreds. First meh sketch of the night. #SNL
And the night continues with another solid recurring sketch. This time it is Marcello's Immigrant Dad Talk Show, this time Marcello is freaked out from his co-host, Alexander.
A fun variation on this sketch/nice change of pace for this sketch, not a beat-for beat remake. #SNL
From Heated Rivalry (aka the gay Hockey show)
Okay after the (awful) chilly, the show has gone on a run of 4 great/fun segments. It is rare for the show to have this solid of an opening run, so I am going to celebrate it for accomplishment.
Will the 1000th episode actually be good? #SNL
And the next season is a repeat of what turned out to be one of Chloe's Best sketches. It is nice to see Danish actors again, and it makes perfect sense to bring back with Sarsgaard. #SNL
A great pretape starring Jane, who is scared of going down a luge really fast. Great night for the featured cast. #SNL
"Her laptop is old; she gets a different internet from you"-Just a solid statement from the show about how we got here. #SNL
Okay, Ashley is pulling out some Kristen Wiig energy in this mom (who is overreacting in the news she delivers). Good for her and the show for realizing her talent. #SNL
Okay, but Alexander giving up his monologue to have the SNL band to just groove around for 4 minutes is great. The band doesn't get enough credit for their skills. #SNL
Host: We are celebrating our 1000th episode, so we started with one of the worst cold opens in years! #SNL
That "Anti-ICE" cold open was oddly too nice. Pete's ICE boss being a reasonable is a choice, and there wasn't enough cruelty to ICE agents who are invading a city/brutalizing people.
Just a failure to meet the moment. #SNL
I just woke up from a nap and somehow while I was asleep, everyone on the bus has figured out we are not going to the right place
Gandalf's "a wizard is never late, nor is he early" and Kesha's "Now, the party don't start 'til I walk in" are essentially the same sentiment
